In order to best experience the world of 24HOSTS and the works and products it highlights, customers and prospects have the possibility of renting space during summer periods or during key sporting or cultural events that take place on the French Riviera.

Thus, after testing, they can acquire the various products presented or decide to use the Design Studio for more complete and personalized services. Finally, the opportunity is offered to leave the management of their own real estate that will have been developed by 24HOSTS, so that, with the help of partner real estate agents, allow other customers and members to experience other aspects and aesthetics created by 24HOSTS. Becoming more than a customer but a real partner, they benefit from income on the use of their real estate, but also a percentage on the purchases of goods ordered by users, reinforce the “club” character, from community to real ecosystem.

The Showroom

Located in the former Palace-Hotel le Majestic, a jewel of the Belle Époque, located on Boulevard de Cimiez in Nice, our showroom is part of a place steeped in history. Built between 1906 and 1909 by the architect Jules Febvre, this former nine-storey palace once welcomed the European aristocracy, including the writer Colette in 1911.

Classified as a Historic Monument since 2021, the building maintains the elegance and refinement of its time. On approximately 400m2 indoors and 200m2 of terrace, the 24HOSTS showroom is designed as a hybrid space, both a confidential workplace and a living showcase for our members. The main lounge, furnished with care, showcases the creations of our partners in a subtle harmony. The material library and meeting room offer a framework conducive to exchanges and inspiration. Dedicated offices welcome some members, while a bar, and soon a restaurant, complete the experience.
